City Attorney
The City Attorney is the City's chief legal advisor and ensures that the City conducts its activities legally. Additionally, the City Attorney represents the City in civil litigation and advises the City on how to handle those who may violate its ordinances.
The City Attorney's primary goals include minimizing liability exposure, providing prompt and thorough legal advice, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
