Engineering Department
The City of Calimesa Engineering Department, under the direction of City
Engineer Anne Schneider, P.E., serves the needs of the citizens of Calimesa
by providing professional engineering services to the community and City
government. The mission of the Department is to provide outstanding service
to the citizens of Calimesa and to implement the Mission, Values, and
Vision of the City Council. The Department is charged with overseeing,
planning, designing and implementing various projects. Some of the department’s
functions include:
- Management of construction within the public right of way;
- Construction of the Capital Improvements Projects;
- Enforcement of storm water discharge regulations
Traffic engineering and transportation planning activities;
- Plan check and inspection of development activities for public improvements
and facilities.
