Biography of Debbie Cain, Calimesa's Finance Director
Debbie Cain was hired as the City of Calimesa's Finance
Director in October 2003. Prior to coming to Calimesa, Cain was the Administrative
Services Director for the Town of Yucca Valley, CA (1999-2003) with responsibilities
covering Finance, Human Resources, Risk Management, Contract Management,
and Information Technology. She has served in the public sector for 18
years. Past experience from other agencies include CVAG (Coachella Valley
Association of Governments) and Valley Sanitary District.
Cain holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources from Chapman University
and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Cain and her husband
of 33 years have two boys and two grandchildren.
