Norton Younglove Community Senior Center Request for Proposals

Senior Center RFP

The City of Calimesa is seeking proposals from qualified organizations that may be interested in administering existing seniors programs, increasing participation, and expanding activities for seniors.

So that prospective respondents may get a better sense of the facility's layout and current uses, the City is offering a tour.  That tour will be held on Monday, January 7, 2008, beginning at 1:30 p.m.  Those interested in taking the tour must so advise the Senior Center Coordinator no later than close of business Thursday, January 3, 2008.  

Only hardcopy proposals will be accepted (no faxes or e-mails).  Submittals must be received by the City at the close of business Monday, January 28, 2008.

Bids will be opened on Tuesday, January 29, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. at the front counter of City Hall.  Although bidders may attend the opening, attendance will not be mandatory as no decisions will be announced by the City at that time.
