The Community Services Commission is responsible for recommending policies and procedures to the City Council for the administration, operation, development, improvement, and maintenance of community facilities including parks, recreation facilities, and park & recreation programs. This Commission also serves as the Historical Commission and meets in that capacity on an as-needed basis. (Established by Municipal Code Chapter 2.25)
