• $2.8-million dollar award to design and construct the 4th Street Community Park - funded by Proposition 84, State of California's Department of Parks & Recreation, Sustainable Communities and Climate Change chapter - IN PROGRESS

• $44,245 award to conduct a Citywide Household Income Survey and a Housing Conditions Survey - funded by the State of California CDBG Program - IN PROGRESS

• $508,000 award to restart the City's Housing Rehabilitation Program for Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation - funded by the State of California Housing & Community Development - IN PROGRESS

• $352,360 award to complete a Focused General Plan Update - funded by Proposition 84, State of California's Department of Conservation Strategic Growth Council, Sustainable Communities and Climate Change chapter - IN PROGRESS

• $153,704 award to pursue innovative energy solutions in conjunction with the WRCOG's Energy Partnership, funded by Southern California Edison - IN PROGRESS

• $150,000-$200,000 award for the Calimesa Boulevard Business District and Riverwalk Implementation Plan, funded by Southern California Association of Governments Compass Blueprint program - COMPLETED
